Moving to Germany with German roots

• Full relocation counselling on German roots. (establishing citizenship by ancestry or moving by nationality) (90 minutes) – 85€.

Assessment of chances, analysis of documents, advice on collecting necessary documents, form of submission of documents, search in archives, increasing chances or their existence, new law on PP, how to change nationality, answers to all available questions.

Each subsequent consultation after the initial consultation (30 minutes) – 40€.

• Filling in Antrag auf nachträgliche Einbeziehung – 69€.

We will fill in the application in German for you to include a relocated ancestor – the main applicant under paragraph 4 according to your data. Suitable for descendants of a relocated ancestor.

For each additional family member – 39 €.

* If the consultation is cancelled less than one day in advance, the prepayment is non-refundable.

• Completion of Antrag S on 16 pp. – 139€.

Completion of the Antrag S for paragraph 4 in German according to your data after submitting them in Russian.

• Service as a proxy for both ancestral citizenship and nationality relocation – 230€.

Correspondence with the ministry, interpreting letters from the most important person, providing a mailing address without consultation.

• Certified translation – from 15 €.

Translations from German, Russian, English, Kazakh and back. For Kazakh only translations are not provided. For Friedland, certified translations from the country of origin are sufficient. But when you come here, all translations except for archival certificates will have to be redone. The FRG only accepts translations from their own sworn translators. And I’ll already have your translations on file.

Completion of Antrag F, V, FK , EER or AV – 100 per form.

• Help with a request to the Bundesarchiv – 50€ per person.

The Federal Archives are often very helpful when searching for records of ancestors of German nationality or citizenship. There are digitised records of everyone who has ever lived in Germany or who has acquired German citizenship outside Germany since about 1700. Since the church ceased to be involved in the duties of a modern civil register office.

For each additional family member + 40 €. To be filled in with you during the video call, as your details are needed or you provide everything in Russian in printed form.

• Consultation on searching archives and requesting documents of a person both on establishing citizenship by ancestors and on moving by nationality (90 minutes) – from 15 €.

Gives a state archive request form, archive request tables, how to search, where to find what reference, links to search sites, comparison of online search programmes, searching at auctions, where to start and what to consider and much more.
