• Full migration consultation. (90 minutes) – 85€.

Assessment of chances, document analysis, advice on gathering necessary documents, document submission form, archive search, increasing chances or determining their presence, changing nationality, answers to all existing questions.

Each subsequent consultation after the initial one (30 minutes) – 40€.

• Completion of Antrag auf nachträgliche Einbeziehung – 69€.

We will fill out the application for inclusion in the statement of the relocated ancestor – the main applicant under paragraph 4 according to your data. Suitable for descendants of the relocated ancestor.

For each additional family member – 39 €.

* In case of cancellation of the consultation less than a day in advance, the prepayment is non-refundable.

• Form filling and application submission – 139€.

We will fill out the application in German according to your data.

• Proxy service – 230€.

Correspondence management with the ministry, oral translation of letters of the most important matters, provision of a mailing address without consultations.

• Certified translation – from 15€.

Translations from German, Russian, English, Kazakh, and vice versa. Translations are not provided into Kazakh. For Friedland, certified translations from the country of origin are sufficient. But when you come here, all translations except archival certificates will have to be redone. In Germany, only translations from their sworn translators are accepted. And I will already have your translations saved.

• Assistance with request to Bundesarchiv – 50€ per person.

When searching for documents regarding the German nationality or citizenship of ancestors, the federal archive often helps. Digitized data on all residents ever living in Germany, or those who obtained German citizenship outside Germany, approximately from 1700 onwards, is stored there. Since the church stopped performing the duties of a modern registry office.

For each additional family member + €40. It is filled out with you during video communication, as your data is required, or you provide everything in Russian in printed form.

• Consultation on archival research and document request for establishing citizenship through ancestors, as well as for relocation based on nationality (90 minutes)  – from 89€.

Includes a request form to the state archive, archive request tables, how to conduct searches, where to find each certificate, links to search websites, comparison of online search programs, search at auctions, where to start and what to consider, and much more.
