Да, нужно. На заключение брака.
Есть ли у вас трансфер?
К сожалению, нет. Но я составлю вам маршрут. Нужно ли находиться в Дании 2-3 дня? – Нет, не обязательно. Смотря какой ЗАГС вы выберите.
Как долго ждать?
Cроки зависят от сезона года. В Копенгагене от 2-3 месяцев. В других городах от 1-3 месяцев. Иногда запрашивают, например, вашу переписку с партнером на случай проверки фиктивности брака. Но очень редко. Тогда может затянуться. И это касается в основном граждан РФ из-за политической ситуации.
Нужно ли проходить процедуру воссоединения семьи после брака в Дании или в Германии?
Да. 95%. Кроме исключений в виде беременности, болезни, войны и т.п. Но при хороших шансах на интеграцию и наличии хорошего адвоката можно остаться сразу в Германии.
Что от нас требуется для оформления брака в Дании?
Собрать документы, подписать доверенность, ответить на некоторые вопросы, оставаться на связи. При необходимости можете записаться на первую консультацию стоимостью 85 евро. Она входит в стоимость одного из пакетов услуг по браку в Дании. Я делаю все за вас кроме сбора ваших личных документов.
Какая виза подходит для брака в Дании?
Шенгенская виза или какая-нибудь другая легальная виза. Если она рабочая из Восточной Европы, то вы должны там действительно работать и получать зарплату. Национальная виза в Германии не подходит.
Нужно ли ставить апостили для брака в Дании?
На свидетельство о рождении совместных детей, о расторжении брака или о смерти.
Нужно ли предоставлять свидетельства о рождении жениха и невесты для брака в Дании?
Нет.
Нужно ли потом ставить апостиль на свидетельство о браке из Дании?
Для Германии не нужно. Но об этом знают не все чиновники в Германии и иногда апостиль требуют. А для третьих стран, США И Израиля он обязателен. По другим странам нужно уточнять актуальную информацию. Я могу поставить его для вас за определенную оплату.
Можно ли в Дании при регистрации взять фамилию мужа?
Нет. Вы меняете ее потом через посольство вашей страны в Германии или на Родине во внутреннем и/или загран-, паспорте, а потом в немецких документах.
Нужны ли свидетели в Дании?
Да. Но их предоставляет ЗАГС сам.
Можно ли выбирать ЗАГС в Дании?
Можно. Но желательно выбирать проверенные нами ЗАГСы.
Сколько по времени может занять регистрация?
Все зависит от ЗАГСа. От месяца до трех. Срочные браки я не делаю.
Даете ли вы потом консультации по воссоединению семьи?
Да. Могу и до брака в Дании.
Можно ли у вас учить немецкий?
Да. В нашей школе можно учить немецкий/английский. Немецкий можно учить как частным образом так и через немецкую биржу труда Jobcenter.
Можно ли заключить брак без справки о семейном положении?
К сожалению. нет. Но эту справку заменяет справка с места жительства с указанием семейного статуса . Если там нет семейного статуса в справке с места жительства, то можно просто пойти к нотариусу в Германии и оформить у него клятвенное заверение ,ч то вы разведены или не вступали в брак. Возможно ли заключить брак в Дании по «визе невесты»?
Невозможно, т.к. виза выдана для регистрации брака в Германии.
Я – гражданка России. При получении визы мне поставлена отметка «без права заключения брака». Могу ли я заключить брак в Дании?
С такой отметкой заключить брак в Дании нельзя.
Я нахожусь в Германии как «азюлянт». Могу ли я заключить брак в Дании?
Нет. У Вас нет Шенгенской визы, поэтому Вы не можете пересечь границу Германии.

Нет. Вы относитесь к категории людей, обладающих Aufenthaltstitel, a значит имеете право не покидать Германию после заключения брака.
Могут ли заключить однополый брак в Дании два жителя России при наличии Шенгенской визы?
Да. Это возможно в некоторых городах Дании.
На какой язык должны быть переведены документы, необходимые для регистрации брака в Дании? И где должен быть сделан перевод?
Документы должны быть переведены на один из трех языков: немецкий, датский или английский. Переводы лучше делать в Германии, чтобы были соблюдены интернациональные стандарты.
Входит ли в стоимость одного из пакетов услуг по поздним переселенцам или браку в Дании первичная консультация?
Да. Стоимость первичной консультации вычитается из стоимости одного из пакетов.
Чем выгоден брак в Дании?
Деньгами, временем, меньше нервов. Без брака вы не пройдете процедуру воссоединения. Для регистрации брака в Германии вам нужно в три раза больше собрать документов, перевести их и заверить. Собирают их как муж, так и жена. Потом они попадают на стол к делопроизводителю. Он имеет право по закону рассматривать документы до 6 месяцев. Потом он их отправляет в высший суд земли. И там тоже могут долго рассматривать. И часто еще запрашивают дополнительные документы, переводы и заверения как нотариальные, так и апостили. Для брака в СНГ тоже нужно собрать в 2-3 раза больше документов чем для брака в Дании. И часто клиенты, не зная что у некоторых справок существует альтернатива, идут очень сложным путем. Оплачивают дорогие авиабилеты, берут отпуск, а вместо этого можно было бы эти деньги потратить на медовый месяц.

Нет. Это невозможно. В Дании примерно 85 ЗАГСов. И когда у них есть термины заранее узнать невозможно. Они не дают эту информацию до одобрения со стороны министерства и окошки могут измениться с сегодня на завтра.
